Exchange Policy

• Items can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery
• Personalized, engraved products and gold coins are not eligible for exchange
• Items must be in original condition with all documents
• If the new product value is higher, the customer pays the difference

Non-Refundable Transaction Fee

• Transaction fee charges will not be refunded or reversed for cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, or any other reason
• All payment gateway charges are borne by the cardholder

Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
